The machine is controlled by PLC program, is driven by the AC servo motor and is operated by touch screen. It efficiently solves low wearability and accuracy problems of the old surfacing. This surfacing welding machine is not only applicable to the open-arc surfacing, it also has new functions such as submerged arc welding, swing welding, precise step, automated pit filling and automated recording valid surfacing time etc.

5. It can achieve automation control for all the welding process parameters including the current, voltage, wire feeding speed, walk line speed, walk line distance, weld bead width, weld bead pendulum wide, welding time, etc.
