Normally upper 100T rotators work range can up to 6000 mm diameter. but customer's work piece diameter from 800 - 6000 mm , only 40T ,so we design this rotator will used on large pipe diameter.

1. Normally under 60 T model we use the Rubber material rollers , upper we use Steel material rollers.
2. If your work piece material is Nonferrous Metals , we suggest PU rollers.
3. Self-aligning welding rotator / Bolt adjsutment / Lead Screw adjustment / Fit up rotators all available.
4. If your single pipe length more then 8M , then you should use 1 powered with 2 idlers to support.
5. All our pipe welding rotators have 20% over weight design, but we suggest used on the safe rangs.
